# Terms of Service

By ordering or using any of our services you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our services

We rent game servers and related services ("Services") from our UK data centre. Each plan lists what is included (for example memory, CPU priority, player slots, storage and support level). Resource figures are limits for your server, not guaranteed constant performance.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over, or have permission from a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you.
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account and your servers.
Give us accurate contact and billing details and keep them up to date.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on our website and at checkout.
Services are paid in advance for the billing period you choose (monthly, 3 months, 6 months or yearly).
Your service renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
If payment fails, we may suspend the service after the due date and terminate it 7 days after suspension. Data on terminated servers may be deleted permanently.
We may change prices for future billing periods. We will email you at least 14 days before a price change affects you.

4. Upgrades and downgrades

You can change your plan or extras from the client area. Upgrades are charged pro rata for the rest of the current period. Downgrades are credited to your account balance pro rata; credit can be used for future invoices and is not normally refunded as cash.

5. Cancelling and refunds

Your right to cancel (UK customers): under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel a service contract. Because our servers are set up and made available immediately, at checkout we ask you to agree that the service starts straight away. If you cancel within 14 days, you will receive a refund minus a proportionate amount for the time the service was provided.
You can cancel at any time from the client area. The service will run until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds outside the above are at our discretion.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use our Services to:
- break any law, or host content that is illegal, infringes copyright, or is abusive or hateful;
- launch attacks (DDoS, hacking, port scanning), send spam, or mine cryptocurrency;
- distribute malware or cheats that harm other services;
- run anything that harms our network, hardware or other customers.
You are responsible for the mods, plugins and files you upload and for having the right to use them. Game publishers' own rules (for example the FiveM / Cfx.re terms) also apply to you. We may suspend a server immediately, without refund, if it breaks these rules or puts our network at risk.

7. Backups and your data

We take regular backups where your plan includes them, but we do not guarantee that backups will always be available or complete. Keep your own copies of anything important.

8. Availability and maintenance

We aim for high availability but cannot promise the Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and will try to give notice of planned work.

9. Support

Support is provided through our ticket system and Discord. Priority support (where purchased or included) means your tickets are handled first; it is not a guaranteed response time.

10. Our liability

We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or indirect or consequential loss.
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Ending the service

We may end a service with 30 days' notice for any reason, refunding any unused prepaid time. We may end it immediately for serious or repeated breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you or shown in the client area before they apply.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your home courts.
